   An absolute beautiful TV stand. Love the build and quality. My gaming consoles fit perfectly in the 3 spaces and has plenty of storage beneath. The fireplace is really great for my loft apartment that doesn't have a real fireplace and heats up the room quick. Their customer service team is top notch and a pleasure to work with. They genuinely cares and promptly responds to emails and put you first! Thanks

   I absolutely love it, but wouldn't have purchased it if I'd known you can't open the barn doors when the fireplace is inserted. I like that I have the option to use the shelves in place of the fireplace but I paid extra for it, but I have cats who get into everything, and that's why I chose something with doors and minimal open space for them to get into. Trust me, they get into the small open space above the barn doors and fireplace. But I'm disappointed that I can't open the doors and use the shelves. The fireplace is awesome and neat, but I need to utilize what I paid for. So, if you don't want the fireplace, that's what I would suggest. And not all of the instructions made sense. It didn't specify the direction the wood should be pointed for two of the boards. We had to take it apart twice, to fix it. And we were pretty fast past the one. It sucked. But it's pretty when assembled.

   Beautiful TV stand! I love the fireplace and the options to change colors. It was very easy to put together, I was able to do most of it by myself, but due to a very fragile part snapping, I needed my dad to step in and help. That was poor engineering, I think, I dont think that part should have gone on the way it did, it was far to thin and flimsy to bear as much pressure as it was. We glued it and covered it in some putty to color match the best we can, it's not too noticeable but I'm still not thrilled about it. That aside, the rest was a breeze, it went together pretty quick! The instructions are very clear and easy to understand, all parts are very clearly labeled, and they even provide a magnetic tipped screwdriver for you!
   
   When it first arrived, two important structural parts were broken, likely due to the rough and careless handling from the delivery driver. It was a rainy day and the box was very heavy, so the driver just plopped it down on the side of my porch and left it to get rained on. I had to drag it inside and hope none of it got water damaged. Luckily it didn't! But one part was completely snapped in half while another was cracked from top to bottom. Amazon customer support would only give me a partial refund and said I could reach out to the company themselves for replacement parts, so I did. I sent them a picture of the broken parts, but there was a miscommunication and they thought only one part was broken so they only sent one replacement part. We got that corrected and they promptly sent out the other part, but it got lost, so they resent it but that one got damaged before it even made it to me, so they resent it AGAIN, and that one finally got here the other day. I ordered this back in early September, mind you! FedEx has been a nightmare to deal with, if they handled their packages more carefully, all of this could've been avoided in the first place! RoyalCraft's customer support has been excellent though, they've been so kind throughout all of this, I'm so happy to finally have my TV stand built!
   
   I added LED lights to the top section of the stand where I have all my game consoles and cut extra cord holes in the back panel since it only comes with the one big one in the center. It doesn't come with LEDs! I've seen some similar TV stands that do, which is what inspired me to get some. I love it, im really happy with it over all. It's been a long journey, but I'm glad it's finally over and I can enjoy it!
