   This is such a fun sofa, and for a three person couch you can’t beat the price. It’s sizable and not exaggerating, you really can fit 3 people on here. It’s SUPER soft, and perfectly firm without feeling like just a brick of foam. The arm rests move slightly and droop a little if you lean on them, but it’s entirely foam, that’s absolutely to be expected. I can rest my head on the arm rests and they hold up great, it won’t just give out on you. I put mine up against a wall for extra stability when sitting, but even without, it’s still pretty sturdy.
   
   The color is 100% as shown, I got the white one and it literally looks you put the one in the advertisement picture into my room. So there’s no false advertising here!
   
   It’s held up very well so far, it’s sat on everyday and looks pristine. Since there’s no springs to break, you can fall back and even jump on it and it won’t break a thing- so you never get that uneven filling distribution in the cushions. Fantastic little couch all round!!!

   As soon as I open it 2 buttons popped off leaving holes in the seat part. Amazon customer service did take care of me on that. But as far as quality goes it isn’t worth the cost. The bottom dear is way too big and ends up in the floor. The pillows are nowhere near the size they are in the picture shown.

   Should be ZERO starts. Couch is made for a children's room and DOES NOT fit and adult comfortably when I did sit in it the back side buckles backwards, the arms offer no support whatsoever. I thought originally of placing this up on a platform to raise it up a bit but it would not work AT ALL like the OTHER boneless sofa I purchased.
   
   I went to get a refund on this and this is where the nightmares started.... I have made multiple attempts to get rid of this calling amazons customer service (where you will always get an India call center) it takes WAAAAAAAY too much to be able to actually speak to a human and when you do they don't understand the concept of memory foam and expansion and ask you to take it to a UPS store... where they inform you it's too large to ship. So then Maxyoyo customer service says hey... to process the refund we want you to cut the couch up in to pieces and send us pictures.
   If I do that.... this now takes up waaaaay too many trash bags, to which I am limited on what I can put out and would have to pay... or I would have to put it in my truck and bring it to the dump... to which I would be charged.
   Multiple times I offered to leave it at the UPS store and let them dispose of it but that was not an option. After the second attempt and being on the phone WITH amazon customer service AT the UPS store having them tell them it is too big to ship I was told they would refund me 100% and to go ahead and dispose of it the way I suggested (donate it to goodwill). So I did..... only to several days later receive an email saying my refund was denied AGAIN. All the manufacturer is doing is delaying... so here I am with no couch and out the price plush shipping......calling ONCE AGAIN TO GET A DAMNED REFUND!!!!!

   Looking at the very heavy, squashed, and vacuum sealed cube that arrives, you would never believe this could become an actual sofa or loveseat lol. I bought this for my granddaughter for her dorm room at college. As a family we carefully broke the seal on the package to watch what happens and poof! A sofa lol! Took up the whole living room. Takes a day or 2 to finish expanding and take its proper shape, but it’s adorable, comfortable, and absolutely perfect for a dorm room. It sits low because there are no legs, but it holds its shape and does the job. It’s currently being heavily used in a bedroom, but no sign that it’s going to deform or fall apart any time soon. Well worth the money

   This sofa is great for what we are using it for. It is basically being used as a lounger in our son's room while he is relaxing and watching TV. It is certainly comfortable and feels pretty sturdy. It is fairly new for us, so I can't comment on the durability or longevity of this sofa, but for our purposes, I think this should last quite a while.

   Works perfectly for what I needed. I purchased for my grooming shop for all the pups to have a comfy spot to hang out (I try not to use kennels at all) I have to admit that even I have slept on it a few times after long days. Comfort is 10/10. The only complaint I have is the cushion does tend to lean and slide once it’s been sat on for a while. Maybe they will add a Velcro feature and I’ll purchase another! 🤣

   It's small than you might think. Very soft and fluffy! Seats 2 average size people, almost hips touching. Imo, Think it would be better suited for a child's room and child seating? Also, it's a "no bones" love seat, so it needs to be placed against a wall, otherwise it has no support if sitting back. I used this for my basement i jst finished.
