I went to get a refund on this and this is where the nightmares started.... I have made multiple attempts to get rid of this calling amazons customer service (where you will always get an India call center) it takes WAAAAAAAY too much to be able to actually speak to a human and when you do they don't understand the concept of memory foam and expansion and ask you to take it to a UPS store... where they inform you it's too large to ship. So then Maxyoyo customer service says hey... to process the refund we want you to cut the couch up in to pieces and send us pictures.
If I do that.... this now takes up waaaaay too many trash bags, to which I am limited on what I can put out and would have to pay... or I would have to put it in my truck and bring it to the dump... to which I would be charged.
Multiple times I offered to leave it at the UPS store and let them dispose of it but that was not an option. After the second attempt and being on the phone WITH amazon customer service AT the UPS store having them tell them it is too big to ship I was told they would refund me 100% and to go ahead and dispose of it the way I suggested (donate it to goodwill). So I did..... only to several days later receive an email saying my refund was denied AGAIN. All the manufacturer is doing is delaying... so here I am with no couch and out the price plush shipping......calling ONCE AGAIN TO GET A DAMNED REFUND!!!!!
